Kom Ombo, Karnak and Luxor

So, I can imagine it’s tough to follow my route, so I’ve provided a map. We started up in Cairo and Giza, then I flew to Aswan. We went south to check out Abu Simbel and Philae Temple and now we are on the ship moving back up the Nile in the direction of Cairo. You got all that? Cuz there will be a test!

Our first stop: Kom Ombo.

We spend the night on the boat then head up to Luxor in the morning. Here there are two temples: Karnak and Luxor. Cue the pictures:

Karnak, check out those massive pillars!)

(I’m gonna lose my belly at this rate!)

Next up Luxor in the evening. So pretty!

We even stopped at a shop where they make papyrus paper.

Tomorrow I wake up early (3 am!) to go hot-air ballooning over the temples. Wish me luck!
